It´s a winning preposition for both Employer and candidate that Instead of asking either students or companies to bear the whole training cost, Nexgen brings employers on board, and divides the price between them. The hiring companies usually cover around two-thirds of the total training costs as they otherwise would have to incur a cost on identifying, recruitment and internal trainings.
